Charlene’s spiritual journey began with childhood visions that sparked a deep curiosity about the unseen. A move to Houston introduced her to yoga and the transformative practice of "Breath of Fire," igniting her passion for energy work and leading her to earn certifications as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, Usui Ryoho Reiki Master/Teacher, Healing Touch Level 3 practitioner, Transformation Meditation Teacher, and Qigong Instructor.

Her work with veterans and a journey to India solidified her belief that enlightenment is an inward path. Now, through the Anahata School of Healing and Meditation, she combines Eastern and Western practices to help others heal and reconnect with themselves.
